Aromatics arrive with notes of mushroom, dark cherry, red currants, green earth and tobacco. Flavors persist of blackberry, plum, pepper, spice and tobacco. The Jordan is a balance of fruit tannins and acid for a long lingering finish with complexity throughout.
Aromatics open with strawberry, raspberry, forest floor, and cedar. Black cherry cola, blackberry and licorice, blend with spice box, bramble, and smoky tobacco. Gun metal with mineral accents extend the soft finish.
Aromatics abound in light pepper, cherry and hint of leather. Raspberry is initial fruit, along with dark red cherry, plum, blueberry, and some slight spice. Finishing off with a little smoke and leather; and flintiness. Nice finish with soft tannins and light acid that is drinkable now.
