Blackberry, tobacco, and toast aromatics loom. Flavors of dark plum, rhubarb, and black cherry combine with white pepper, allspice, and ash. Finishing on a raspberry note with long savory notes.
Aromatics arrive with notes of mushroom, dark cherry, red currants, green earth and tobacco. Flavors persist of blackberry, plum, pepper, spice and tobacco. The Jordan is a balance of fruit tannins and acid for a long lingering finish with complexity throughout.
2015 Syrah is a more elegant juicy Syrah rather than big and jammy. It has a nice balance of fruit tones, black cherry, cranberry, and red currant; with leather, pepper and allspice.
Sage, leather and spice arrive on the nose. The flavors mingle between caramelized cherry pie, blackberry, and blue plum; with mineral tones of flint and carbon. The finish carries heavier barrel notes that balance with the fruit and mineral components, finishing on notes of chocolate.
White pepper, bright candied cherry and allspice lift the nose. The flavors explode with sweet black cherry, honey, rhubarb, mineral and sweet barrel notes. Finishing on a sweet tobacco note with layers of flowers like honey suckle.
