The 2020 Sparkling wine begins in the nose with lemon, lime, grapefruit peel, Asain pear, and green apple. The palette opens with citrus fruits, grilled pineapple, mineral stone, and hints of brioche. The finish is well-rounded yet crisp and clean, with lingering hints of brioche on the palate.
This wine will great you with the aroma of crisp green apple, and a swirl of tart lemon zest to offset its floral hints. As if that weren’t enough, the taste of this Pinot Gris’ refreshing acidity is soothed by the softness of pear and green tea, finishing with a short splash of juicy grapefruit.
Swirl your glass for the dark pepper, forest floor, and mushroom aromatics. Plump blackberry, blueberry, and plum characteristics dance onto your palate, followed by cocoa in the mid-palate, and long finish of cherry cola. Typical of the J-Block, the 2016 has more tannin structure with depth and complexity. An absolute delight to be enjoyed today or cellared for many years to come.

The 2020 Chardonnay is a mesmerizing champagne gold color, concealing an herbal nose, hazelnut, Silken apple, and the scent of ocean spray. Adorned with a delicate minerality, this Chardonnay is beautifully balanced and perfect for those with sharp taste buds.
Bailey Pinot Noir, sultry in its dusky garnet red, has a nose just as alluring as it tastes with an oaky blend of mushroom, fresh milled cedar, and campfire. These characteristics create a chewy, yet elegant mouthfeel paired with refined bright tannins, allowing the finish to unravel one layer at a time.
White pepper, bright candied cherry and allspice lift the nose. The flavors explode with sweet black cherry, honey, rhubarb, mineral and sweet barrel notes. Finishing on a sweet tobacco note with layers of flowers like honey suckle.
Jordan has it's own expression, and of course very different from Natasha despite the same clones of Pinot. Cherry tobacco fills the nose with a subtle take of vanilla. As you take a sip sauteed mushroom, and graphite hit your middle palette with pine. Jordan finishes with a long dry finish.
