Winemaker Notes
The Cuvée consists of fruit from the estate called the “Bailey Block” which is the last name of the winemaker, along with fruit from Brittan Vineyards. The Bailey Block is 660 to 700 feet in elevation.

This Cuvée is light-bodied, so it will pair with everything: fish, beef, chicken, or Friday night pizza. You can even pair this with PB & J or spiced tacos.

Other Notes
Vintage Summary: The 2017 growing season began with a more normal bud break. The average daily temperatures were slightly warmer with three high temperature incidents and warmer nights. The year ended with a beautiful ripening period of cooler than normal temperatures in the month of September leading to a more fruit characteristics balancing nicely with the minerality and acidity.
