Details of Membership Agreement:
- All members will make payments two weeks prior to receiving their shipments of new releases in the spring and the fall.
- Members may choose to have wine shipped or picked up at the tasting room.
- No one under 21 may join. Someone aged 21 or older must be present to sign for the shipment. We highly suggest a business address for delivery.
- You will be notified prior to shipment to be provided the opportunity to change or increase your order to take advantage of shipping costs. Please note any changes or substitutions in shipments of new releases may incur additional charges.
- Your credit card will be charged automatically for each shipment at least two weeks prior to shipping.
- Cancellation Policy: By joining the Wine Club, you agree to receive at least two shipments of wine.
- You may cancel your membership at any time after fulfilling the two shipment requirements. Cancellation must be received 30 days prior to shipment in writing.
- Wine Club Membership benefits excluded any private events.
- Cancellations prior to fulfilling the commitment my result in a $150.00 fee. Changes made after a credit card charge may result in a 25.00 fee. All Sales are final—no returns or refunds.
