Tasting Notes
The 2018 Sparkling wine begins in the nose with stony minerality, grapefruit peel, almond, and green apple. The palette opens with sweet-tart citrus and grapefruit rounded out by lemon drop and pineapple, then continues with mineral stone and flint. The finish is silky, and dry. While crisp and clean, it has a long round finish.
